SARAACC was established to assists and support caregivers in their care with patients needs, determination, stick-to-itiveness, person with the abilities to recognize in other the abilities in other to incorporate them in there effort to accomplish support to achieve this goal.

Utilizing limited resources, realizing in most cases they may or may not receive support from others, and will still have to champion there cause.

Melinda Pugh as a child had the uniqueness of getting things done against popular opinion, making a good first impression came last, her dedications to achieve her end goal was made possible because of her sticktoitiveness to succeed in her efforts against all odds, with limited resources, and never allowing other to hinder, stand in her way or stop her efforts, she was able to accomplish much more.

In some way Melinda appeared to be at times inconsiderate and having a total disregarded for other person feeling. Those that were able to figure her out, that didn't fall for her antic, became adversaries of hers, and some got snared into helping her accomplish her desired end, thus helping her accomplish much more with so little.

SARAACC desire by establishing The Melinda Precious Pugh scholarship program is to assisted these recipient efforts to become educationally successful. Offering a helping hand up, reminding of the virtues that Melinda employed.

Melinda exemplify many of SARAACC core value in her day to day challenges. In our support for there young people we encourages you to adopt, utilize, those positive virtues as a motivate vehicle to achieve you goals, return back to your community and help others.
