SARAACC's Caregiver Retreat Center Program

Caring for a loved one with a traumatic brain injury is one of the most demanding roles a person can take on. The physical exhaustion, emotional weight, and constant vigilance required of a caregiver can take a profound toll and yet, the needs of the caregiver are too often overlooked.

At SARAACC, we believe that a caregiver who is rested, equipped, and supported is a better caregiver. This provides a dedicated space where caregivers can step away from the demands of daily caregiving, breathe, recharge, and build the skills they need to continue their vital work.

A Place to Rest and Learn

Caring for an individual with a traumatic brain injury requires knowledge, skill, and adaptability. Our retreat center program goes beyond rest by offering caregivers access to meaningful training and educational programming. From practical caregiving techniques to strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout, our sessions are designed to strengthen caregivers in every dimension of their role.

Caregivers leave our retreat not only refreshed, but more informed, more confident, and better prepared for the road ahead.
